A “custom bed” is any bed that isn’t built to the one of the sizes available on our website. We charge an extra fee for custom beds based on the size specifications you request. All custom beds are non-refundable. Please note: If you order a bed with a trundle, it is considered a custom bed. We usually have to build these beds to a custom height to accommodate the accessory.

Once assembled, our beds weigh approximately 300 lb. The exact weight varies based on the type of bed, its size, and the addition of accessories.

Our beds have been stress-tested by an independent third-party organization. These tests confirmed that they are able to hold up to 2,000 lb.

What type of finish do you use?
We use an enamel-based paint that is baked onto the aluminum during the extrusion process. This gives the beds a seamless and attractive finish that won’t wear off over time.

Our Platform Beds and Canopy Beds come standard with an upholstered foam headboard. The headboard frame is made of aluminum. This supports a piece of plywood wrapped in foam. The whole frame is then covered in fabric. The fabric can easily be removed and replaced when you need to wash it. We offer many fabric options that come in a variety of colors, textures, and designs.
