Free Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on most orders in the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is available for a fee. For the time being, orders to Oregon and Washington State are also subject to extra shipping fees.

Additional Charges

We reserve the right to request an additional payment to cover shipping or storage costs. These charges may be incurred if:

Delivery to a given address is more costly than similar destinations in the area
Customer lives in a high-rise apartment or condo that requires the use of stairs to access the unit
Customer has a particularly long driveway that requires additional labor from the delivery driver
Customer is unable to accept a delivery and must reschedule for a later date

Please let us know about any unique delivery requirements in the Special Instructions section during checkout. We will never add this charge without giving you the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund.

Lead Times

All our bed frames are custom built to order. This means we do not start constructing your bed until after your order is placed. Our current Standard lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks from when we receive the order.

Please note: This is always subject to change based on our manufacturing capacity at a given time.

Rush Shipping

Rush Shipping is currently available for an extra charge of $750 per bed. This option ensures that your order will ship out within 15 business days.

White Glove Delivery

For $495 per bed, we offer in-home White Glove Delivery from our experienced partners. They unpack, inspect, assemble, and set up your new bed. White Glove Delivery is only available in the contiguous 48 United States.

Some restrictions may apply. An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present to sign the delivery receipt. Please include any specific delivery instructions in the Special Instructions section during checkout. Examples include:

COI (Certificate of Insurance) requirements - applies to many condo buildings
Special parking or driveway/approach instructions
Tight corners/spaces to be aware of in your home

Please be sure your room is cleared out and ready to accept your new bed. White Glove Delivery professionals do not disassemble or remove pre-existing furniture.

International Shipping

We Deliver to Canada

We can ship our beds, mattresses, and accessories to Canada. Shipping outside of North America is not currently available. For international orders, we can ship to a US port of your choice. You would be responsible for coordinating the rest of the shipment from there.

Canadian shipments are subject to shipping, handling, taxes, and customs fees. Contact us to discuss your options and pricing. Click the button below to generate an estimate for duties and taxes to have your bed shipped to Canada.

Delivery

Most orders ship via UPS Ground and arrive at your door. We ship orders with oversized bed frames and mattresses, certain accessories, or more than three beds using a freight service. These shipments can be subject to local restrictions and require curbside delivery. We recommend having at least one other person on hand to help receive a freight delivery.

Mattress & Bedding Shipments

Mattress and bedding items will be shipped separately from our custom-made bed frames. These items will be scheduled to arrive within 3-5 business days of your bed. If ordered separately from a bed frame, all mattresses and bedding will ship out immediately.

Oversized mattresses will be delivered in three (3) boxes. Please be aware that these boxes may also arrive separately from one another under certain circumstances.

Returns

We offer a 60-day risk free trial for returned items. There is a return fee for shipping and handling. Please note that certain items and orders are non-refundable. For a complete list of non-refundable items, please visit our Terms & Conditions page.
