Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on most orders in the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is also available for an additional fee. Due to recent increases in freight costs, orders to Oregon and Washington State are also subject to additional shipping fees. Return Policy

We offer a 60-day risk free trial with a full refund for returned items, excluding the cost of shipping and handling to receive the bed at our factory. Please note that certain items and orders are non-refundable. This includes:

• Mattresses
• Orders containing 2 or more beds
• Beds built to a custom height, width, or length
• Beds ordered with a trundle accessory

In addition, our expedited Rush Shipping and White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable if you decide to return the bed. We may also charge monthly storage fees for deliveries that customers refuse to accept.

Cancellation Fees

We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees on certain orders. If you are at-risk of being charged a cancellation fee, we will let you know before cancelling your order to allow you to keep the bed and avoid these fees.

Warranty

RPF Manufacturing Co. LLC warrants these beds and accessories against any defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years. Within this timeframe, a defective product will be replaced or repaired at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligent handling, misuse, or lack of reasonable maintenance and care.
