We offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are also available for a fee. Due to recent increases in freight costs, orders to Oregon and Washington State are also subject to additional shipping fees. Contact us for more information and a complimentary shipping estimate.

We reserve the right to request extra payment if shipping to your address is more expensive than other zip codes in your state. We will not add this charge without first giving you the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground and can be delivered to your door. Orders containing certain king size accessories, staircases, or more than three (3) beds will ship via freight service. This requires curbside delivery and may be subject to local restrictions. We recommend having at least one other person on hand to help receive a freight delivery.

The current delivery lead time for our beds is approximately 6-8 weeks from when we receive the order.

Rush Shipping is currently available for a charge of $750 per bed. This ensures that your order will ship out within 15 business days.

Upgrade your order with our White Glove Delivery service. For $495 per bed, we offer in-home delivery from our experienced partners. This includes unpacking and inspecting every aspect of your new bed frame(s). They will also assemble and set up your bed(s) and take care of any required clean-up. White Glove Delivery only available in the contiguous 48 United States. An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept sign the delivery receipt. Some restrictions may apply. Queen Platform Beds arrive in four (4) boxes. If you order accessories, it may include more boxes.

Queen Platform Beds do not ship standard with a mattress. Any queen size innerspring mattress will work on the bed frame. We recommend a mattress with a thickness of 8-12 inches.

Our bed frames do not need a box spring. For memory foam mattresses, we do recommend using a piece of wood to create a flat service or adding extra slats. We can include a 1/8” thick masonite board with your order for $95 or extra slats for $95. Please request these options in the Special Instructions section during checkout.

We do sell our own custom made mattresses that can be purchased with your bed. Add a mattress to your order as an Accessory when you’re building your bed, or purchased separately here.

Queen Platform Beds come with an upholstered headboard. You will get to choose from a variety of fabric options. We offer many colors, textures, and patterns to find the one that best matches your style. Please click here if you’d like to receive samples of some of our fabrics.

If you want, you can forgo a headboard altogether for a $500 price reduction. To order a Queen Platform Bed without a headboard, please make a note in the Special Instructions section during checkout.

We can build beds to any custom dimensions within reason. If the size that you’re looking for isn’t available on our website, you can contact us with your request. There is a customization fee of $65, plus $40 per foot.

Please note that any bed that is not a standard height, length, or width offered on our website is considered “custom.” So are any beds ordered with a trundle accessory, since they’re built to a custom height to accommodate the trundle.
